Black Iris Florist is my 'go to' place for beautifully arranged flowers! Their prices are reasonable, they accept last minute orders, and their staff is always friendly and helpful. Wish I could give 10 stars!

I loved this florist for a relative in the area was hospitalized and us in a different state. I loved the pictures on the website, the prices were reasonable with variable arrangements in different price points. Thanks so much for helping our loved one feel extra love!

I should have written this review 9 years ago but was too heartbroken over how the elegant design of my cake was ruined by the hydrangea placed all over it. In the consultation, I asked 3 times, THREE TIMES, if we should include that I specifically didn't want any hydrangea on my cake in the contract. I was told "no" all 3 times.
I actually didn't want to use them in the wedding flowers at all but was convinced it made more sense from a budget perspective by the florists. After agreeing to use in the ceremony arrangements and centerpieces, again, I asked 3 times if we should document that I didn't want them on my cake. It's been 9 years and I'm still so disappointed and heartbroken every time I see my cake.

had death in the family, service was June 24 and 25. ordered flowers from an online retailer as I am in a different part of the country. On the day of the viewing our flowers had not arrived, checked my email and noticed they had changed the del to June 28! In a panic wife searched for local VB florists open on Saturdays. Black Iris came up. I called them at 5:06 PM on June 24, and at 6:08 PM June 24 my daughter sent me the pics of the beautiful arrangement they had sent. That's right, 62 minutes from the time I dialed their number until our flowers were delivered! And they were so kind and gracious on the phone with me, I can't thank Black Iris Florist enough!
