We recently had the pleasure of working with Climatemakers for HVAC duct Replacement at our home, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. It was an outstanding service! From start to finish, the team was professional, knowledgeable, and dedicated to ensuring top-notch service.Mike and his team were amazing! The technicians arrived promptly and efficiently installed the ducts during the estimated timelines. They also took care to explain the process every step of the way. Their attention to detail was evident, and they were very respectful and kind during the entire process, which we really appreciated. Not only did Climatemakers deliver on their promise of quality workmanship, but they also exceeded our expectations with their exceptional customer service. They were friendly, courteous, and genuinely invested in ensuring our satisfaction.I highly recommend Climatemakers to anyone in need of HVAC services. Their expertise, professionalism, and commitment to customer satisfaction are truly commendable. Thank you, Climatemakers, for a job well done!

Climatemakers Spring & Fall service visits are derailed and can be time consuming. This is great for the homeowner, but can be tough on the Technician trying to keep a schedule. Garry was courteous, professional & efficient. He answered all my questions & provided suggestions on operation of equipment for which I do not have a service contract.

I am very unhappy with the company. To be told that there is a freon leak, unknown where or why was not true. During the annual tune-up, that is one of the components out of fifty that they are supposed to check. I believe that the technician saw the beginning of a problem and looked the other way. It is more profitable for them to not address the problem. He told me that the coil was corroded, and the coil had to be ordered, but the cost of the refrigerant would have to come out of my pocket. THIS PROBLEM is a Trane problem and a Climatemakers problem. I do not feel it should be a cost that I am responsible for. If the annual check-up is done properly, this problem would not exist. What is the point in having a warranty if one of the main components is not covered. I will never purchase another Trane again or use Climatemakers again. This is one of many problems I encountered in the last 8 years. I have never had this many problems with a cheaper heat pump in the 30 + years that I have been here. My 10 year warranty is supposed to end in two years, but eight years is enough. I am in the process of researching a better heat pump, and I have a new company. My son works at one of the recreation centers, and it has a Trane, and he said that there is always a problem with their Trane. I would advise anyone thinking of using Climatemakers to AVOID THEM!!!. Within the last 6 months, they were here for the annual tune-up, and the corrosion of the coil was not mentioned. Six months later, the heat pump did not work, so I called Climatemakers. I was told that the coil was corroded and all of the refrigerant leaked out.I am supposed to believe that this happened in a six month period. They saw or should have seen the corrosion before it leaked what they claimed was all of the refrigerant. The actual amount was $300, but to ignore it, it was more profitable for them. They told me initially it would be $1200 and it wasn't covered by the warranty. They then said, "The Trane rep."agreed to reduce it to $700. The technician that came to do the repair wasn't clued in on that. The technician came in after doing the job and said she was going to only charge me for the cost of the refrigerant that she used, which was $300. I asked why the difference between what she actually used and what the office was charging? She went outside to call the office. Evidently, they told her it was $700 dollars.I asked her what happened to the $300, and she said she didn't tell me that. The purpose of the annual check-up is to prevent situations like this ,but it is more profitable to ignore it.
