I cannot speak to their workmanship, but their professionalism and willingness to help is impressive! I called about getting my window screens replaced and instead of attempting to charge me for something I was able to do myself, he saved me money and time by referring me to a semi-self service location. Thank you!

They might do good work if you fit into their timeline. 3 weeks after agreeing to do the job and taking my deposit, there was almost no communication other than showing up unannounced to re-measure a window a week after it was supposed to be ordered. (They did not even know what room the window was in that they were coming to measure.) There were other examples of very poor communication and as soon as I suggested to Tom that he could do better at keeping me in the loop, he bailed on the job. He stated that he would do the work then refunded my money an hour later without so much as a text message. When I called to inquire, he did not answer the call or return my voicemail. When I called again, he said that he decided that our "personalities don't match." I wonder what he means... Perhaps there is an issue with the concept of ..You have $4,900 of my money so I would like communication about when the job will be completed? He said something about me being just like his daughter who expects things to be done on the timeline that is laid out... I am not sure what he meant but, he wasted 3 weeks of my time.

Pictures are being posted of my home without my permission. This job took months beyond the contracted time frame. Father and son try to do all the work themselves and have no help. Permits were applied for but never called in to be inspected so we are left to hire an engineer to determine if it was built correctly and pass inspection. Porch was left with an 18" last step which we had to hire another company to remove and finish by adding another step and landing. Now we are having gutter issue and owner wont provide a phone number or receipt to have it fixed. likely never paid for it. project started off good. They are friendly but not capable of large projects. should stick to small projects. Also they installed my front door which I had to call and pay the manufacturer service dept to come out and fix. It was improperly installed leaving gaps that wind was blowing through so badly we couldn't control temperature in house. Its a shame the owner Tom Rowe won't just finish what started out pretty nice. They go by the name Contractors service and the window man. use at your own risk, or hire a real contractor and save your time and aggrevation!

Great pricing, great workmanship on install. Took care of a single window for me when trying to find a company for a single window is completely futile and frustrating. Highly recommended.
