They are super fast and offer repair services . I had two flat tires on the right side of my Ford Escape. They took me to work first then towed my car to their shop replaced my tires, did a alignment for me at my request all on a Saturday. Fantastic service. I would highly recommend to anyone.

Very affordable. Very punctual. If you’re in the area, they are speedy, cordial, and efficient. Best local tow around in my opinion.

One of the most dreaded words in the history of words is "tow". No one wants to have their car break down and need one. No one wants to find that there car is missing from a parking lot and hear the dreaded phrase it's in a tow yard. Worse of all no one wants to get in an auto accident rendering their car disabled and need a tow to the body shop. It's a necessary evil that any car owner will be faced with and pray it's not often. So when you need one your often stressed and not necessarily thinking and believe all tow operations are created equal. The industry has many shady characters so be careful if you get the opportunity to choose a bit of research is a great idea. This is the second time I have used Best Way. The first was a car jump. Today it was a tow to the dealer for a probable starter that went out in my everyday driver, a 2010 Toyota Camry with 145k. I called the office and spoke with owner Kevin who priced the tow at $75 to Checkerd Flag Toyota. However, it was the timeline that was what I needed to negotiate a bit with a personal appointment that I had to keep. Kevin said he could leave the office and drive himself and be at my home not far from the yard quickly. Within 15 minutes Kevin had my car hooked up and towed to the shop. I rode with him. The cab was immaculate. I expected to get dirt and grease on me which could not have been further from my experience. Kevin was a super guy to chat with and provided information on how the industry is now regulated by the state and a certificate is required to drive a truck. Furthermore background checks on all employees are now conducted. The car arrived safely at the shop with a superb back up park job that nailed the target between a car and curb. They accept major credit cards, cash and surprisingly I think checks. My card was called in through the office and I was on my way. I guess a tow is not all that bad when you choose a reputable company.

This is a mixed review. Kevin - the owner - is a pleasure to do business with. At this time I can’t rate them higher because his sister - Kathy (an office worker) - is incredibly nasty and extremely unprofessional. When I told her I felt she was rude, she became combative and put her fingers - both hands! - in my face. I had to ask her to remove herself from my physical space. I’d already paid for the release of my vehicle - peacefully - and had been polite. I expect treatment in kind. Further, when I asked her name she refused to give it to me. “You can tell him it’s his sister,”....as if that’s justification for treating the public poorly. I only found out her name through asking the owner of Bayside Transmission (their Landlord). “I have a problem with someone coming into MY office and telling me I’m rude.” Well, she was more than rude - she was vehement and vile - and if anyone takes the time to ask around (as I did) they’ll find this is common behavior for her. I’m sure it’s a stressful job, but professionals learn how to handle it without alienating clients - or worse -assaulting them! Loose canons as employees make for liabilities. Best Way, you’re lucky today didn’t escalate into a big headache for you. Fair Warning.
