Bathroom Towels rough and very thin. Kitchen towels again, rough and thin. Stained and should be thrown away. I wouldn't recommend using this company; very dissatisfied.

Avoid at all costs, totally non responsive, linen showed up 5 days after tenants arrived. Nobody ever answers the phone or responds and they just don't care about doing business. Happy to find MV linen rentals!!!

Save your money or bring your own linens. Drop off delivery man was late, rude and not professional. Snapped at me for asking a clarifying question about my order. My order did not have all of the items that I selected and provided payment. The linens were stained!! Fortunately, I had prepared for plan B. Will NOT patronize this business again. The hassle of bringing or buying your own linens will be better than renting from this company.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! Save yourself the trouble and do not rent from this establishment! This owner chewed my head off for asking a follow up question, so he Definitely should not be in the people business let alone delivering linen. Horrible experience. I simply called on behalf of my family to get an order issue resolved without pointing any fingers only to be verbally attacked of ordering Nick is Completely unprofessional, disrespectful and miserable sad excuse for an individual. I highly advise /recommend that you to Bring your linens rather than rent from this company even if they are the only one on the island. The lady who was kind enough to deliver was nice, but her boss is miserable has horrible customer service ppl skills. Never again.Wish I could give them no stars.
