My tax situation was a mess with long overdue returns outstanding and numerous notices and collection actions pending. Bill Fritton helped me sort through the conflicting and confusing "sea" of paperwork and red-tape to determine what I really needed to do to bring myself up to date and into compliance. My resources for this work were extremely limited so I was glad that Bill determined what needed to be done and then allowed me to prepare most of the material myself. After receiving conflicting information from a few different tax preparation services I have used over the last six years, equity search contacted me and offered to review my file and past tax returns to aid in my situation. After speaking with Bill Fritton for roughly 45 min he received my past return filings and offered to contact the Irs regarding my situation and he also put to rest any misinformation and or negative feelings I may have had from previous business interactions with Bill Fritton and equity search
