Took 3 hours for an hour and a half job because the boss driving the pump truck arrived 2 hours after the crew. They assured me on the original call and a few times after that the service included a needed inspection certificate. I told them it was especially important because the buyers of my house wanted it before proceeding. It's a day later and still haven't received certificate, message machine at business.

They came out Memorial Day weekend and were extremely professional and did it for half the price of another local company that came out for us previously but couldn't finish the job. My septic tank is more than 4 feet deep. The other company was charging extra for the excavator to come back out when they couldn't hand dig. Absolute had everything ready to go and made sure to communicate every part of the process and show us how full it was then that they pumped it completely. Will only use them from now on.

Do NOT under any circumstance work with this company. They ruined our septic tank and will not take responsibility. We are being quoted thousands to fix what they ruined. The owner doesn't even come around he just sends his son. Who seems to not know what he is doing by the looks of it. Extremely unprofessional and rude on the phone. Promise it is not worth your time or money. Take your business elsewhere.
