        The absolute loudest place I have ever stayed. Paper thin ceilings!!! I stayed on the 3rd floor.. checked in around 8pm and the people above me were so inconsiderate and loud even when it was 11pm. I went to the front lobby to see if they could put me on the 4th floor in hopes I could get some rest but of course there were no rooms. There was also no discussion in trying to rectify the situation. Will never return!

        While the building is young and nice, you need to take the following into account, breakfast is bare-bones. Kitchen lacks essential cookware. Internet is super slow and does not always work.

        My dear friend had been staying here for the better part of a year. All the staff went above and beyond to assist her during her stay. I cannot say enough positive things about the entire staff here. The level of compassion and true hospitality go above and beyond and hotel experience either of us couldve imagined. We both used to travel for work. Thank you for treating us both like we were family.
