Horrible! My Husband hasnt had new c-pap supplies in 6 months! Dr has faxed prescription for supplies several times. Husband calls and leaves messages and NOBODY calls back or if they do, they have no clue whats going on. I have an idea, how bout Perkins and Drs office communicate with each other instead the patient being the middle man if there is a problem. Everything should be all set-now where are the supplies?!?!

There are certain documents the insurance requires. Often, the doctor's office sends paperwork but not what is requested. If we had everything we needed, we would send it to you. Weve been here several times and had amazing service. Jerry has tuned up moms scooter several times now and we always are so happy with his services!!

CPAP department doesnt answer the phone. You always need to leave messages. You call two days later and someone goes back there to tell them to pick up and they tell you its on their To Do list. If there isnt enough staff hire someone. People want to talk with a live person.
Cashier/Front Desk Area are very pleasant and helpful! !! ***** Five Stars to them.

First, thank you for using Perkins and for giving the front staff 5 stars. Our CPAP department is under staffed but they work hard to keep up with the orders and the documentation needed to bill insurance. If you need to speak with someone feel free to ask Sales department to help as most of them are educated on the CPAP supplies as well.
