I have been going to Cascade for a few years now and can attest to how exceptional Dr Foltz is. She really has an eye aesthetically and does a fantastic job achieving balance and symmetry in her work. Kristin is also amazing and makes me feel super comfortable (and gorgeous) every time! 10/10 recommend. PS the VIP package is totally worth it

Doctor Sherilyn Foltz and her medical team are amazing! I always feel comfortable when going in for a treatment. Doctor Foltz and Staff are knowledgeable and professional. Ive visited many injectors in Vancouver Washington and have yet to find anyone who provides a similar experience and better results than Cascade Family Medicine. If you are looking for a knowledgeable, professional experience with medical staff who treat you like a family member I highly recommend you book an appointment with Cascade Family Medicine.

Folltz-cook is a crooked doctor! She and her staff push botox for Migraine headaches, ordering and charging your insurance then telling patients the office did not receive the botox delivery, when in fact I called my insurance and distribution company for the botox, they told me it was delivered to cascade medical and it was signed for 5 days earlier! I was also told that this is a constant issue with this doctor by the distribution company for botox. I questioned this, Sheryln Foltz-Cook became very defensive, said "I'm not sure what happened to the delivery!" That she would look into it. I didnt hear from her after that day, 4 days later she had one of her staff call, they refused to fill my medications that Foltz-Cook has prescribed to me that must be to taken everyday or I will become ill without it. I had been with the cascade medical group and under Foltz-Cook care for over 4 years and was treated very unfairly. Constantly having to pay out of pocket while having great insurance, finding out cascade medical group and Foltz-Cook never even tried to bill my insurance over and over again, Be careful Sheryln Foltz-Cook seems really helpful nice don't be fooled.
