I have never had such a quick, easy transition into moving anywhere in my life! Both Katie and Chris have been so kind, and worked quickly to get my family and I moved in! We are so excited to start this next chapter in our lives and I thank Katie and Chris for making that happen

So far I cant speak on my actual stay with an apartment under TMG but I can speak on my experience getting into an apartment and its been amazing! Ive had the worst experience at other apartments and leasing agents and Alyx really went above and beyond for me. I dont have a lot of history with applying at apartments and she was so patient with me and helped me through everything.

Edited 4/1/24 Still havent earned another star. Highly recommend any other property management company as a renter, anywhere but TMG. They lied, dont come when they say they will, and they dont answer their emails or calls and vms left so truly, go anywhere else. Before anyone thinks Im a bad renter my rent is paid a month in advance, I handle my own repairs, pest control, etc. I literally call on them for nothing but foundational HOUSE issues (like safety hazards on a fence or electrical failure) and they cant be bothered. Go anywhere else. Not looking forward to this. I explicitly rented a property that wasnt managed by them only to have my landlord switch to them from the management company I rented for. What fun. Will update my review as I go through my lease. You start with 1 star, just based on the experience I had applying for one of your homes before realizing you guys are a nightmare. Good luck earning 4 others.

Katie was so great. Kept me updated throughout the entire process! Update: Chris O. has been amazing!! So incredibly helpful! I can't thank him enough for all he has done!
