        I came her at night with my kids after travelling around 5 hours. After talking to someone in reception. Her name is Pjraleign. She was unhelpful and disrespectful. If I am not tired and have my kids with me, I will prefer to sleep in the street. Argument with her was really bad specially in the front of my kids. Its not the first time for me in this location or this hotel. Honestly, I didnt see a service like that before. I was staying in Room 208. Its not service. Its kind of FIGHTING Giving information about Reservations is kind of RUDE. About my self next time before coming I will call to make sure that she is not right there. If she is working in the time I will arrive, I WILL NEVER ENTER.
