Visual Processing Optometry

I was a client for many years. As far as routine eye exams and glasses go they were on top of it. Every thing was going fine until a cataract was discovered. They recommended a surgeon. The problem was that I could never get them to send the information to the surgeon. I requested the information three different times. Each time they told me it had been sent. It was not. Eventually I scheduled a surgeon on my own. Asked them to send the information to the new surgeon. I found it was never sent. 4 strikes- your out.

Dr. Etting was extremely understanding and kind when helping me with my vision assessment, and whether vision therapy was right for me. Thank you from both my mom and I for not disregarding my vision issues, and treating me with respect. It was very much appreciated.

I chose this practice because it is close to my home. Dr. Joseph is wonderfully personable while being detailed, knowledgeable and thorough. I never felt rushed or part of an appointment time slot. The opticians know their business and are a pleasure to deal with. Now my go-to for eye exams! The best!
