Ozzie is the best! After having a horrible experience in Beverly Hills (avoid that area for ANY services), my trusted old mechanic from Noho referred me to Star World. My Civic needed a new AC Compressor and condenser, the Bev Hills shop wanted $1400 yikes. Star World was only $800, that's nearly HALF or 50% off from these other crooks. Ozzie also pointed out my car was missing the heat shield on front of the cat converter and that's probably why the compressor failed. I bought the heat shield from Honda dealer and Ozzie installed it right away for no extra cost! To the review complaining owner is not friendly, sometimes he's busy and distracted, big deal. Put on your big boy pants and wait for his attention to be ready. He went above and beyond the call of duty to take care of my situation.
