Just beware of this company .The contract with this company was month to month and after 4 months my business not worked as I planed thats why I rented month to month.
so when I requested for move out they said you have to pay $500 early termination fee and this was the start how unfair they are.
I paid $500 because they forced me to pay if I dont pay they cant proses my move out application.
I cleaned and painted the was that was like 10 small holes on it and here is statement that I got after 25 days of move out day .check the picture .
they charged me to repair and clean I dont know what they repaired also $100 an hour for worker ? Even a doctor doesnt charge $100 an hour .
Also they charged me 2 days more that I noticed them 20 days early and move out on 30th before next billing .the time that manger told me if you move out you will not charge.
Any way check the statement they charged me $500 early termination fee + $2500 for this totally scam statement so I paid $3000 for just renting 4 months in that space .
Check the video and photo when I moved out .
They are 100% scam and make money of people like this .Im going to sue them at any cost and time .

As of December Mat West refuses to take Cash payment for rent.
November, they refused to give change for a cash payment.
