Billing issues that no one can seem to resolve. Im so disappointed. Paying on a policy for years to have it cancelled with no explanation. Corporate was no better.

Stay away from this company! I was a health insurance broker for years had have delt with hundreds of claims for my clients. I paid for years every month on time without fail. Never had a claim till now. They run me through the ringer with the most outrageous paperwork that doesnt make sense and required things thats made it almost impossible to file. I called multiple times for help and no one even knew how to help me except my claim agent who was never there. They are east coast time and I am west coast so the only time to talk to them was during my own work hours and even then they were not available to assist. I finally did the best I could and submitted it and they denied it because it was 2 days past a deadline they never informed me about. They will always find a way to deny your claim and the California insurance department who is there to make you feel like you have an advocate will always take the insurance companys side. There are many other companies out there so please look for a different one who can at least have capable people for assisting you and will return your call. Youre the only one that gets screwed over in the end with this company.
