I had a wonderful experience getting my hot tub from Lifestyle Outdoor. Alyssa was great and from the moment I walked in to do my initial research. Looked through several hot tubs models working around my infrastructure limitations. She helped me select the dream tub that worked for me! I was excited when my hot tub came in and was installed in under a month instead of the 7 month backlog communicated earlier. Everything worked out better than I could have imagined! I use it daily :D

Almost a year later and the Jacuzzi I bought is still providing great enjoyment.  I have been back to the store several times And always have had a wonderful experience.

I had an amazing experience with Lifestyle Outdoor in Sherman Oaks. Just got my new hot tub installed a few weeks ago and everyone I dealt with was helpful, personable and real. I worked with Lamonte who has an amazing personality and energy that got me excited to place my order- he also answered every question and expanded on each to OVER-inform me which is a sign of A+ service. In fact, I just got off the phone with him where he took about 30 minutes to chat with me and discuss some questions that I had about my new tub. We had a great chat and I feel very taken care of (we shared a few chuckles as well). Still a lot to learn about hot tub ownership haha but he made it seem a lot easier. Overall, very happy I went to Lifestyle to take this journey into hot tub land, it's been very positive. Thanks, ya'll. -Alex B.

Lamonte was super helpful in the Van Nuys location! Very patient, showing us around and explaining very clearly the differences in all the jacuzzis and helped us find something in our budget. Also previously we were here a few months ago with Greg helping us and he was awesomeee!
