We come here every week really close to closing and they keep the doors open till 9 like they say. Don't go to the gnc on big bend they like to close a whole hour early

I just went in to pick up an online order. The young kid (male) with a man bun working needs training on his customer service skills. I asked where the Creatine monohydrate will be. The look on his face as if that was a bother to him. While taking me to the aisle he said Were having fun in here dont bump into me. I asked him if there was a gold card program and he replied with were franchise owned and dont believe in that nonsense were all about supplements. It was at that point I told him in not-so-nice words his customer service is horrible as he answered me with an attitude and disgust. I will be contacting GNC cooperate as well. The reason I left two stars is because I have purchased at this GNC before and the staff prior day shift is friendly that until this evening of 5.15.23. Last time I will spend my money here. Retrain this kid his attitude stinks and someone will not be as nice as me in return .

Its a great location, the employees were knowledgeable and nice. I was surprised to see they have a smoothie bar inside! Pre workout shots, thats exciting! Very clean. Good selection of products.
