What an awesome business. First time getting locked out. Did not know who to call. Decide to try this business out. Gentleman arrived in 5 mins from where I was at. Unlock my car in literally a couple of secs so I had no time to waste. I learn that this is a local small business which is awesome because I love supporting small business in local community. He was super professional. Answered all my questions. I did not feel rush. I will def call this place again, but hopefully I won't get locked out often. I also learn that this place replace locks which is wonderful because I just bought a home that  I need a smart lock in place. Check them out!

Great experience from start to finish. I contacted 12th Man about getting a new Mazda car key fob programmed, and they responded within 10 minutes. They were very transparent about pricing, and quickly and patiently answered all of my follow up questions. Dan just came out to get it programmed, and he was awesome. He showed up early and let me know he could get started if I was ready. He was also very transparent about expectations - even OEM keys that have to be reprogrammed have no true guarantee that they'll work. He then got the programming done and key cut in very short time, then encouraged me to test all components of the new and old key fobs - and they all worked perfectly. He even cut an extra key just have have around. I can't recommend these guys enough. Prompt responses, transparent, on time, courteous, knowledgable, and just nice people. Thanks again!

Great service, fast, and easy to work with. I didn't expect to get same-day service since it wasnt an emergency, but I was able to get my house re-keyed a few hours after my initial call. I wasn't available to be at my house to be re-keyed but he kept in communication with me. I will definitely use and recommend The locksmith masters again.
