First placed order on 9/21 (went through with the online process). Had to re-do order 9/26 over the phone due to some sort of issue with online process. We were charged twice, and the company said it wasn't their fault but our banks fault. Then when we finally received the fences (10/5) the came with 3 damaged panels. So now I will wait on hold for probably a half an hour to leave a message with somebody who will call me back tomorrow. I highly do not recommend this company, at all.
