Enterprise Rent-A-Car is my go to anytime I am traveling or going on vacation. The process is simple. The customer service is great. They are timely and I appreciate the kindness I would like to give a shout out to Rachel Jones, the assistant manager at the enterprise rental car in Vallejo. Thank you for being kind patient and a listener.

After placing a reservation I arrived at the appointed time only to be told that the car that I selected was not available (whats the point of a reservation then, one might ask.) Interestingly enough their available options all came with a price increase that was not compensated for along with a mandatory deposit that was not included with my original reservation. This seems like a very convenient way for the business to get one over on the customers by either forcing them to pay hundreds of dollars extra or be left without a car. Not a great way to do business.
