Best laundromat in Vallejo period ! Clean big washers and plenty of dryers. And the have an app so you don't have to use coins

If I could give this place ZERO stars I would. I had been coming to this laundromat for the past 5 years since I've been living in Vallejo. However, I am done doing business here after today. Upon arrival I did my typical routine load washers then add money to my card. However, unfortunately this particular trip the machine to add value to the money cards was malfunctioning and, ate my $20 bill. I patiently waited for a staff member to come back as the door stated "on break". I tried several times even went to the 7/11 next door to get more cash to try to add to my money card. Finally about a hour later I believe the owner arrived. He asked me if I needed help with something and I stated I did. I explained the machine ate my bill and I'm just trying to do laundry. The man then stated "he had his daughter on the phone" as if that made a difference. He pulled the money out stating he did not "see" a $20 bill and went "eight transactions back" I insisted that he pull the cameras because I have no reason to lie as I've been washing at this establishment for YEARS. He then begrudgingly pulled the camera and barely checked stating he'll give me a new money card and $10 dollars back because he never seen me put actual cash in the machine. OBVIOUSLY if you barely looked as I was trying for a very long time. I didn't argue with him as I had washers ready to go. I went ahead and washed my clothes. However, I will NEVER do laundry at this establishment again. I would hate to think he was this microagressive towards me being a black woman however, in 2023 you can't put anything past anybody. I am very offended at this transaction. Not to mention, half of the time most of the washers and dryers are broken ! There have been more than one occasion that I have been doing laundry and a washer malfunctioned in the midst of me washing clothes. I will not be back this was the last straw the way this man spoke to me made my skin crawl. There are other laundry establishments in Vallejo. This one just so happen to be closest to my home. Never ever again !
