      image The facility is very Clean and nice nursing staff. A Family atmosphere.

      image Walk in clinic refused to see a child 11yo with a 103.7 fever at 7:15PM even though they didnt close till 8. Even called in advance and was told well we cant test them because we close at 8, sit them in front of a fan with no clothes on and rotate Tylenol and Motrin. This place should be ashamed of themselves, and she (the nurse on the phone) told me even though we were in the parking lot that she spoke with her provider and thats what their instructions were for us to do. Ended up at the ER after leaving here and were now having scans, swabs, and a CT done. Shame on you Southwell.
