        My dad finally got me to go with him (again) and this time I was impressed. Best part about Tony S....unpredictable and priced accordingly!!! I will always tell anyone who is visiting Utica or living there now...GO to Tony Sparagna's Where the Music is On the Plate!!! What does that mean Tony???!!!!
