        They don't honor senior discount, try to charge you for service you didn't get, and I had an appointment that, after waiting for over 30 minutes, finally had to go to the front because no one showed up for my hair appointment. Serena is rude and should be replaced

        Overall a terrible experience. The haircut I received was extremely uneven and not at all what I had asked for. I had only asked for a trim, but the student ended up cutting off WAY more than I asked for. P The student and advisor who worked on my hair showed no remorse for their mistake. The overall atmosphere of the salon was unprofessional, and I would highly advise going somewhere else.
