One of those businesses that, rather than assist the customer by providing the service they advertise (steel fabrication), explains that you can do it another way, you can do this instead, etc. Very frustrating when youve considered the options and decided to pursue a custom fabrication route. I was willing to pay, was willing to wait for item to be fabricated, but they just assumed I didnt know there was a store called Menards where you can buy the item readymade. Hmmm... so much for custom fabrication

We have used these guys for years, very friendly and knowledgeable, they always have what we need and are good about getting the steel ready for us. Polite and friendly staff.
