Not a place to call home. The management turns their heads when it comes to complaints or tenants moving friends in. We have a neighbor that pounds on the walls like a little child, he pounds hard enough to knock things off the shelves on our wall. The police has been out and he gets tickets for disorderly conduct and still the management does nothing. today my girlfriend and went into the office to meet with the regional manager and site manager which was a joke. I ask the site manager a question and the regional manager told her NOT to speak. Find a better place to raise a family. No wonder so many people move out of here. This place don't deserve the 1 star but ya can't post without it

I been living out here for four months now and so far so good. It's a very peaceful neighborhood everyone stay to themselves. However it's hard to get in touch with the management staffs because no one is never in the office and to top it off some of these kids out here can be very annoying. Other then that nice place to live

If you have more than one misdemeanor per household they won't rent to you. If that's the case don't even contact them and waste your time and money, since there's nothing that states this policy. You won't find out until after you pay the application fee and get the background check done. Then they'll call and say we're so sorry but we can't accept your application at this time because you have more than one misdemeanor per household.

👎👎👎 Worst place to live ever! I am moving after almost 2 years due to super high rent. 650.00 plus cost of utilites. The manager and her little monkey will harrass the hell out you in the middle of the night and during the day while you are trying to move out. They have so many rules its like prison and they never fix any of the stuff that's worng in the apaprtment. The furnace filters arent changed for months at a time, I havent had my dishwaser fixed for over a year and the new manager would be complete with green make up and a broomstick and thinks threatening with the police is the proper way to manage people . 👎👎👎👎👎
