        Needed springs repaired, and when they came we discovered the cables were also frayed. The repairman changed the cables and tried several spring strengths to make sure the door was perfectly balanced. The service was prompt and very expert, and the rate was great. We used them 17 years ago and were pleased then, and they are the same today, with excellent work and value.

Luis the service tech was very efficient,knew exactly what the issue was and fixed it quickly!! Without a doubt"The BEST AROUND!!!" .. You can't go wrong with JMK!!         John is very knowledgeable in his work ethics, I just gave him a number on a spring I needed & he knew exactly to the tee the spring I needed for my garage. Ace hardware in rancho referred me to jmk garages & a excellent recommendation & price was fair enough no complaints.

        Awesome value and quality! Didnt need to charge a bunch for the repair or buy tons of spare parts. He fixed the garage door perfectly and for only one hour of labor when I thought it was gonna cost way more. Most door repairs can be fixed without insanely expensive parts FYI
