I have to see when I searched for places I was nervous at first because of reviews. We took a chance and went. They are all so nice and knowledgeable! Dr. Gunn is amazing and everyone was so ready to explain everything in depth and were just so kind. Now everyone in our family of five will be coming here. I will definitely tell anyone I know about them thank you so much!

Dr. Said I needed a different dr. to take a little white infection off my eye lid. Approximately 3 months later, it's still there. I've tried the surgeon Dr. And this office 3 times to figure out how to get me in to see surgeon Dr. Nobody's done a thing. Not too good on the customer service at VCA

I don't recommend the service. I had to call to find out why my glasses were taking longer. They blamed it on VSP and told me to call back. I called back as requested & whomever answered the phone made it seem like an inconvenience. They charged extra for a special progressive & then when I asked the tech which area was enlarged, she answered yes to both, so she had no clue & she didn't even ask me about the fit or try to fit the glasses. The doctor was friendly & seemed to do a good job.

This was my first appointment with my new insurance. And they are very kind, helpful and very patient. Helped me with finding the perfect pair, answered my questions and explaining everything to me to help me understand better. Can't wait to get my new pair of glasses.
