Took my car in because it was leaking air. I hit a pothole on my way to visit my parents Took him six hours to get to me. He found two holes. Saif he plugged them. Finally got a phone call saying it was ready. Went, paid, and started driving home. Noticed that my tire was still losing air. Filled it up and drove home. Air was super low by the time I got home. Took my car in to Wal-Mart's auto center. They found two punctures in my tire. No patches or plugs in sight. (This was only a couple hours after Master Tech supposedly fixed my tire.) They took less than an hour to fix the tire, charged me half the price, and actually fixed the problem. Something is wrong is Wal-Mart has better service.

I highly recommend Rob, they are honest in working on your vehicle. Integrity and honesty as far as I’m concerned is the most important thing I feel when taking my vehicle to them. I had been previously been taking my Nissan Juke to Idaho Falls. They were hitting me with astronomical bills for things that were not wrong with my Juke and charging me double the price. Rob is great for fixing about anything so far with my vehicle. He will come in as I wait and show me what he is repairing the cost before the work is done. He has caught things that needed attention on my Juke and repaired them before I could face a break down. Where other shops never told me and it became a money catastrophe.
