Comfort Inn & Suites

My wife and I stayed here on 5April 2024 . Well the lady that worked the night counter was great. She was funny and informative and had a positive attitude. Good and quiet room. But in the morning while eating breakfast was a whole other story. My wife and I sat down about 15 minutes before 9 which is cut off time. I do understand that. But boy howdy when the clock strikes 9 run. A lady walks in turns out the lights on all of us that where still in there and eating. She told us it is time to go breakfast is over now. So grab what you have and go. Well several of of us voiced our opinion and we're very put out. I have never had a experience like that ever. So if you come here beware don't be late or they will just shut the damn lights out on you. But one thing rings true with this I guess. All they want is there damn money!!!! Sad. Won't stay here ever again!!!! I don't recommend this place to anyone!!!!

Bed bugs! I didnt even have to look for them there was just one chilling on the wall. Like roaches, if you see one during the day, the infestation is likely large. The hotel would not refund me when I checked out 10 minutes after checking in and the receptionist did not believe me.

Best Choice Hotel in Sheridan by far! Room was nice and clean, check in was quick and easy. Breakfast was decent for a motel breakfast.

Clean rooms and friendly staff. Some construction for remodel, annoying but needed!
