Gave absolute top dollar for my trade and made the deal happen! I love my new Sierra 1500 Denali! It was so easy to make an over the phone deal and then drive there! No 10 hour wait because of haggling, paperwork was complete about an hour after getting there with my trade! Then a great drive home!

I feel the GMC vehicle maintenance estimates are based on either apprentice experience or just greedy corporate engineers. I had a tow hitch installed and they said it took two hours. I could of built the hitch and installed it in a hour. I do not have a lift is the only reason I let them install it and seen a $80 hr labor cost the day before and they changed it to $150hr. I also had my first oil cange on my wife's Terrain and it was advertised as free but when I went to pick it up they where going to charge me. The lack of communication is apparent at the maintenance desk and we are retired military and unless you ask there is no discount. I served 30 years and did not even get a thank you just seemed I inconvenienced person because he had to redo ticket.

Ive been dealing with Mercedes at Sheridan motors for a jeep gladiator. The market is weird right now not allowing me to get enough value out of my late model trade but she continues to work with me like no one else ever has. I appreciate the autonomy her dealership gives her and her absolute professional knowledgeable follow-up and no quit attitude. I am really looking forward to this deal coming together. Thank you!
