I do not live here, yet, but want to. I dropped in without calling first. Office was closed. I gave myself a limited self-guided tour. I did not enter and view an actual Unit.
Overall facility looks and feels brand-new.
Large covered parking, well lit at night.
Entrance foyer elegant furnishings/fireplace.
Main offices to your right at entrance/modern.
Wide carpeted stairs with handrails.
Huge Modern-day Elevator. Security Camera.
Spacious carpeted hallways lead to Excersise machines with wall-mounted flat screen Tv.
Room with caged/lockable storage area.
Waste disposal room with Clean large Bins.
Community 2nd Floor outside deck with chairs, tables and Bar-b-que unit. Awesome unobstructed views of the Valley and Mountains. The Covey Run Apartments are income based Senior Citizen Units. Elagance was not spared. Nothing but farmland and the beautiful mountains surround you. I can't wait to meet the staff and tour a Unit. I will return and update this review at that time and have photos to share.
