Very happy with our 3 night stay! Friendly staff, clean cozy rooms. The pub has great food. We really enjoyed the teepee tubs and pool.

For the price they charge for rooms it should at least be clean. Not a very clean room. Had breakfast in the morning in the restaurant it was at best mediocre. Unfortunately that is the only place to stay that has the hot springs right st the hotel.

The amenities in themselves are nice. HOWEVER, I have never experienced such awful and disorganized hospitality in my life. Do not purchase any "packages" because they are all lies and the staff cannot seem to comprehend any of it. I was told 3 different things across the board regarding my stay and the package I had purchased. I will not be returning to this resort and it is a shame since I love Saratoga/Encampment.

Rooms are a bit dated, but that's reality of a historic small town mountain resort. Only major gripe is the "adult swim" times are definitely not; 945 at night there were dozens of screaming kids running around when I wanted to just soak and enjoy the night skies. I can appreciate a light touch from management, but why post the adult swim times and no speakers rule for "peace and quiet" if that's not the case?
