Sears Hometown Store - Closed

I purchased a fridge with 5yr coverage in October, when delivered, the door was damaged and they didn't bring the water line to hook up the water. I was told they would bring a new door and water line. I still haven't received either and can't get a hold of anyone. I also purchased a washer and dryer with 5yr coverage in October that were never delivered. I have been trying to get my money back for over 3 weeks. No one answers. I've talked to over 5 agents none of which can help me. Do not make purchases at this store.

Today I visited the store and spoke with the Male salesman around 10:30. We talked extensively for 20 minutes on a washer/dryer combo to purchase. I asked him to check on a delivery date while I went to my truck to get my cc and phone. I was checking the address where it would be delivered. While in my truck I noticed him walking out and figured he would return for the details. When I returned inside I approached the lady whom I had spoken with also earlier and she asked if she could help me. I told her I was just in there talking about the set. We then walked to where the combo was and it was gone. I asked where it went and she said she sold it. I was not happy 1.because I said I would buy it and 2.the man salesman didn't have the decency to tell me when he walked by.

Fridge went out in the morning. All my food was bad by the afternoon. They sold me the floor model since they wouldn't have another slate fridge till August. Best customer service ever! If you're in a bind, they will do everything possible to help you out!
