The generator was out on the RV that we were traveling in with my disabled mother, son and dog. They helped us to troubleshoot and get it running and wouldn't take a penny.

I came across this shop my ISX15 high pressure fuel pump disintegrated internally. No one advised my to have it serviced. Needless to say i replaced the fuel pump, oil pump, oil cooler and main bearing here. Service manager Steve and his support staff are very pleasant. 2 months later i get a low pressure fuel reading. I stopped by but was in a hurry. The technician Josh stated it would take 2 hours to diagnose. So i left. Cummings in NJ wants 4 to 5 hours to diagnose. Had to come back to get truck fixed here. Over here they figure out the problem and fix the problem. You get what you pay for. I strongly believe Steve & his technician can teach other shops a lesson or two.

Had an exhaust issue on our generator on our class c motor home enroute to Colorado. Bill the service manager looked at the issue had chris a mechanic Looked at the problem offered a couple of solutions, Took care of the problem in no time and we were on our way in about 45 minutes. Thank you both for great service!!!!
