Went in this last week. Ordered a new phone, and exchanged mine for a rebate. Over a week now and Verizon still doesn't have my old phone. Went to pick up and activate my new phone and the service was horrible! The salesman had to call for assistance but couldn't explain himself. He was cussing on the phone, while I and order customers, had to listen to this. His temperament was awful. I ended up taking the phone and finishing the set up myself. He went outside to smoke! I had no problems getting it done with out him! He was dropping f- bombs on the phone. He needs to be gone. I will not shop there again. But I will be going back tomorrow to find my old phone!

Very bad service, we arrived after the waiting hours they told us and they no longer wanted to serve us. They just gave us a link so we could fix it on our own and we tried and they asked for the employee's information! I am not an employee, I needed them to do their work separately
We need someone who speaks Spanish too much

Went in to upgrade (after paying off my current phone) & left with the same phone only now I cant call on it. She informed me I had multiple promos, I picked one completed the entire data switch, tries to charge me full price in one payment disregarding the whole promo that she sold me on. Now, since the switch was completed, my phone is glitched out and I cant call. Went back no help (of course) now Im leaving worse off than I started

My father in law and mother-in-law went into the store and were there for 2 1/2 hours and they said the customer service was awful. after they left, the phone with not work. A day after that we went into the store on Federal and the lady there told us the Sim card had not been activated. My father-in-law said they didnt do a test call and didnt test anything on the phone. We spent another hour at the federal store, trying to fix it. We are highly disappointed of how they took advantage of my mother and father-in-law. I would recommend going to the Federal store instead of the main street store.
