Ann Fear Real Estate Appraisals

My experience is so low it shouldn't be rated. I only rated it as a single star so I could post this complaint/review. I contacted Ann about an appraisal for my father-in-law's home shortly after his passing. It took a couple of calls to get her to call me back, this should have been my first warning. She finally responded and we made an appointment for her to review the property. After the review she gave me her thoughts on how she would write up the appraisal to find the best value. She said she would have it completed in about a month. When I did not hear from her when the month was over and the appraisal due, I began to call. It has been 2 months of phone calls and left messages on both her land line and cell, no response to this day.
I have run my own business for over 30 years and have dealt with many different folks, personalities and services. I have never experienced anything like this, it is totally unbelievable!! She wouldn't even give the common courtesy to call and say she couldn't do it even after she said she would. Her words have zero value, so one can only assume her appraisals carry that same value. Everyone I have talked to about this have said this is not uncommon for her. The only way she gets away with it because appraisers are in short supply. I personally think it's because she is arrogant!
I will be filing a formal complaint to the Wyoming Real Estate Commission !!
