My mom rented an apartment from them and this January she passed away and when I was moving her stuff out they told me to take my time and take all time I need. 4 days later when I came to get rest of her stuff her apartment was empty when I asked where it was I was told on the trash and some of it people picked up. She had 3 people in my family number if I were to get a call saying I needed to pick it up I would have been there immediately, only reason it took 4 days was because the snow storm.so I lost all the memories and belongings of my moms. And they will not return any calls or nothj g. Verg disappointing.
