        By far the worst landlord Ive ever had in Laramie . We moved into a basement that constantly flooded, No power in two bedrooms, lights that didnt work, stacks of garbage in the yard from a remodel they only half finished, and not a single fire alarm or carbon dioxide alarm up in the unit. When we made the repair requests the marked it finished two hours after and after 2 months someone finally came by to take a look at the issues we had already fixed by then. Worst experience Ive ever had with any company. Im amazed theyre still in business

        Rented for three years, did not miss a payment and left the apartment cleaner than when we moved in. Company expected us to pull weeds and mow, which we did and still no deposit in five months. Will not even call me back!
