IF you can actually get approved to move into this MH park...DONT DO IT. The manager, Jessie, is the most unprofessional, rude, and discriminatory "manager" I have ever had to deal with. She actually said she has NO qualifying criteria for applicants interested in moving into the lot, she just looks at the app and makes her decision. During our first meeting to pick up an app she dropped the F-bomb in regards to a carpet company issue. She denied us, on the grounds we got two bad references from current and previous landlords. We called and spoke to these previous rental places and were told that they had no derogatory information that they would have told her, we had left in good standing and that is what they would have told her, Had she actually asked for a reference. Our previous landlord actually told us, "You could always come back to us!" hmmmmmm sounds like she is a liar as well as unprofessional.....
