        Gina or whatever her name is, got angry and referred natives as you people. When all we did was call and try to fix our order. Poor services got our order all mixed up.and she tried saying that we went in and changed it multiple times. The only reason why we had to change the order the second time was because she only charged us for 1 coat when we ordered 10. Reason why we went in the first time was so you guys didnt get everything mixed up and to make sure spelling was correct. When we tried correcting our order she got angry and refused to change it. Definitely recommend Black Mountain Embroidery in Ethete. Cory had the Quote ready within an hour the same day and called to make sure we received it. Shirts and more took a whole week to create one and didnt call to make sure we received it.

        I called a lady named Jina I think her name was, we ordered 10 pull overs but it only had 1 on the quote she sent us. We went in 2 times NOT 4 she was on the phone she said "you people always change things on me" offensive to me and I'm sorry you dont know indian and our language is call "Arapaho" not indian. And we are taking out money elsewhere your company lost probably would of been over 1500

      Our policy is usually not to respond to comments on reviews but this one we will. This order was changed 3 times, added to and subtracted from over several weeks by 3 or 4 different people. Logos were picked and then changed and then changed again. We had one member of your group write down what each item was to get as to make sure things were spelled correctly as none of our current staff is Native American so we can't spell Indian names or words or know if they are correct or not. One of your group came into the shop and approved the image and said yes proceed with pricing. The next email with a copy of the pricing information was sent and also approved. We had not heard anything for a while so we sent another email to check and make sure the order was still a go. That response was yes we are just waiting on the deposit check. Now today changes are needed again, and now sizes are wrong items are not correct and it is all our fault. "You people" we never said. We are a business that very much supports the Native American people and have done business with many of the organizations and individuals for 29 years. Due to all of the changes and all of the back and forth causing a lot of confusion and the high probability of a mistake happening we asked that "you" find another shop to complete your order as it is not a risk we want to take.
