Horribly done work on my doors. I can see light coming through and actually had snow coming through my back door. My sister is supposed to have energy efficient windows and they are nothing of the sort. Complained to the owner and someone was sent out to basically make excuses and offer no solutions. The Eastern Shoshone Housing Authority paid $8,000 for two horribly installed doors on my house. I DO NOT recommend this business. Very unprofessional as the gentleman had remarks to say about me to my sister.

We had new windows put in in 2021. We had a window crack, due to extremely cold temperatures in 2022.
We called about a replacement, due to cracking within a year and a half. They said that they would give us a 55% discount on a new window. Then they said that we needed to find the number stamped on the window. My husband and I looked all over the window and the sides. There is NO number stamped anywhere on the window.
We feel like we are getting the run around. We are waiting for them to contact us about a replacement.
I'm not sure we will use this company again in the future. Their customer service could use improvement.
Evidently the numbers on the window is what they need, but what if there is none? This is so frustrating!

Wyoming Windows & Cabinets is terribly overpriced and unprofessional. The owner I worked with (though nice) was nonchalant and had a sense of entitlement after all I went through as she gave me the run around with the tile I ordered making excuses about the weather and warehouses not having it months after I had asked her to order it. My contractor went to the business to pick up supplies and the owners were out having not given the person there any direction as to where the order was, what it was and also what it's ETA was since it was not there. My contractor was very irritated and frustrated as he was told by the gentleman there that he could go back into the warehouse and check for himself. That's incredibly unprofessional. I had similar situations happen to me personally as I checked day after day for my floor tile and when it finally did arrive it had been there for 24 hours and the owner didn't even let me know until I drove up and asked. I have been met with excuses and run arounds. If I had it to do over again I would have gone directly to the major tile companies themselves and ordered direct which would have saved me thousands of dollars. I will not do business with Wyoming Windows & Cabinets in the future. Services: Tile work installation, Home renovations
