I would give him the highest recommendation as a builder, and also as a person. He's a nice guy. Every time I would call him with a question he would stop by. I miss not working with him and I think a lot of him. He treats people fair and right. He's a quality builder and uses excellent subcontractors.

I had a 440 square foot living addition just completed by preferred home builders..from beginning of plans and designs, they were very professional and understanding of my needs . their crews were very clean, efficient, and explained the process very well..the project took almost 3 months including all inspections..only a few days missed during the project..I was very impressed with the way the operation ran and how pleasant the office was to work with and attention to detail. I recommend this company very highly and will be calling them back to remodel my kitchen and bathroom for phase 2 of my home remodel..thank you very much much for doing a wonderful job on my home.. love my new living room!
