I’ve always had great experiences ordering flowers from Briar Rose. Jean is easy to work with and very accomodating, she is very talented and able to customize anything you could ask for. My go-to florist for anything in the Jackson area!

Jean is wonderful to work with. She did our wedding flowers and they were perfect. It was hard to finalize things due to distance and different time zones. (Destination wedding) But she was great at always responding and helping me figure things out. Everything was beautiful.

Very disappointed in the service I received on the phone when I placed the order and followed up the next morning regarding delivery pictures before product was delivered. I am assuming it’s the owner of the company I don’t really know that for sure but she is rude, unintelligent and does not follow directions. I would not recommend this flower service for any products in the future whatsoever. I asked for pictures before delivery of the bouquet but that did not happen. If the bouquet was substandard like the service I received on the phone why would I want to send substandard product to someone I care about. For this reason I am giving Briar Rose an F-.

Briar Rose Florist delivered above and beyond, today. Evan is 16 hours from home in her internship and this is her first birthday away. Cakes don't travel well in the mail and a mixup with a tele florist sent me in panic to Briar Rose Floral. In less than an hour, the darling bouquet is delivered much to Evan's delight. Thank you, Briar Rose, for your delivery of sunshine today!
