Reel Deal Anglers

First off, we are beginners at fly fishing. But my wife and I had one of the most fun experiences on our fly fishing half day trip on the Snake River. We caught a lot of fish including an 18” cutthroat trout my wife pulled in. We have travelled the world and this will go down as one our favorite things we have ever done.

Had a fantastic fishing trip with my guide, Martin! Couldn't have asked for a better day to go out in late October, and he was very informative, helpful and personal throughout the trip. Caught more fish than I expected, and will definitely contact them again when I decide to go in the future!

5 stars across the board here. Rhett, the owner who helped us schedule our trip, was extremely friendly and helpful in setting our expectations for our float on the Snake. He paired us with Sawyer as our guide, and he absolutely delivered for us. A key thing to point out here is my wife is still early in her journey of fly fishing. She caught 7 fish on our full day, and had the chance at probably another 15. Safe to say, with Sawyer's help, he got us on the fish with prime opportunities for multiple strikes. All in all, we landed 13 fish on our full day float in late September, and had the shot at 25+ fish. Highly recommend the folks at Reel Deal!

Rhett and his team were easy to deal with in getting it booked (not easy during One Fly) and preparation. Martin (my guide) is as nice a guy and as pro as you can get. I am new (again) to fly fishing and Reel Deal made the re-entry as fun as it possibly can be. Martin was my guide and I really believed him when he said that watching folks fish is his favorite spectator sport. He stayed patient with some bad casting and newbie screw-ups and kept us on the fish. If I am lucky enough to get back to Jackson, this will be my first call.

What a great experience! Tim, the guide, was awesome!! It was non stop action, just wish fly fishing was as easy as I looked.😃. Beautiful scenery and perfect weather. I’d recommend them to anyone looking for a great experience. We’ll be doing this again with Reel Deal Anglers!!
