I received a phone call requesting a past due bill to be paid. The amount was in excess of $600. I allowed my debit card to be charged, but when I had more time I looked further into my account. I had been requested at the time of service to pay CASH and I show my ATM withdrawals for that amount. And like the other review, I was charged a fee for late payment. They did void the card payment, but I would be CAUTIOUS using cash with this company. On the other hand... the services rendered at the time were good and he was friendly and professional. I paid them over $400 for vent cleaning then 6 months later they called me demanding payment again and tacked on late fees. Shady company. Trying to get me to pay twice. Dishonest untrustworthy company. Luckily I have proof of payment.

Had our chimney cleaned and what a great job! Excellent customer service, polite, professional, and left the fireplace area spotless. Nice to have a business such as this in Gillette. Will definitely use their services again.
