But heres the part that I, among many others have problems with. To start, management/owners have children that run around and make noise and look in your apartment windows, leave trash out, put gum where it’s not suppose to go and they have been caught in the act. But their parents/management puts the blame on other residents that live there. And then they make assumptions that it’s you or others that live there and leave notes on doors of who they think it is. They left a note recently regarding cigarette butts and trash being left out side and not in the trash. But the note stated that if it doesn’t come under control they are going to raise the rent to cover the cost of cleaning it. If you can’t deal with this many people living in your buildings and can’t be polite and kind to the people that live there, you’re in the wrong line of work. Please work on taking accountability for your kids actions and stop placing blame on others and making it hell to live there. Thanks.
