Randy's Heating & Air Conditioning

Randy’s heating and air are no good in Evanston Wyoming I paid them $6000 to come and fix my heater and as soon as he left, it started leaking again I called him back, and all he said it wasn’t his problem he couldn’t do anything about it other people might like him but I don’t. He is no good at all and this was just recently that he did this for me all he has is money hungry $6000 is what I paid him and he couldn’t come back and fix a little leak

Randy's heating was GREAT!Randy himself came up and after my furnace quit working 3 days ago, he had it up and running in 10 minutes if that! I'd watched so many YouTube videos trying to figure out what was up, and had no idea!! Thanks Randy for knowing your stuff! When it's time for a new one , I'll be calling for sure. I have used Randy's services for probably the last 10 yrs for little things with heating systems. I usually use him when other professionals r not available if I am in a bind. I have felt he over charges and is not the right fit for a small town. He checked on a wall unit heater that my renter had already repaired and charged me $95 for 10 to 15 minutes of his time. I forgot the bill,( my bad). So now I have a threatening letter, threatening to take me to court. With the late fees and interest I am paying over triple for a service that I wasn't happy about in the beginning. He also stated that I am no longer a customer because of lateness. I guess that is fair. I'll let u know if I have to go court. The one star is too high of a rating for this guy. Over charging and gouging people seem to be more important to him. Use somebody else, he sucks.

Furnace quit at 5:00 on Valentines day. The tech showed up found the problem and showed the bad part to me. He went back to the shop for parts and fixed the problem. Very professional.

Our furnace would not come on and it was 5:45 am, Christmas Eve. I called Randy's and a very groggy lady answered. I quickly apologized and she said no worries. Remember this is 5:45 am Christmas eve. She quickly cheered up and said she would have someone at our house by 8am. The repairman was 10 minutes early and even removed his shoes.
