The husband and wife are so friendly and gave great advice about the area. The KOA was spotless clean, and so were the bathrooms/showers. The owners care about dogs and have put a kennel at some sites. I would definitely stay here again!! We went sightseeing for a day and when I returned I had to run to office to share what we saw the day She’s such a positive person and a good listener. She’s exactly who you want greeting people. Thank you for a wonderful and friendly stay!

Great KOA on the Wind River in Dubois. Excellent location for accessing Grand Teton and Yellowstone NPs and Jackson Hole. Hiking nearby along the river or nearby trails at the Overlook. Walk to town. Excellent helpful and courteous staff. Wifi was strong. Complete store too.

We cannot even begin to tell you how horrible our stay was. Let's start with the telephone attack because I simply asked for an amenity that they advertise - cable television. The wi-fi they have is terrible, does not work for streaming and the hostile attitude about being politely told is unacceptable! Now, let's talk about our $94.00 site: 1. Rutted, no gravel and very un-level. 2. This spot is 1/3 the size of the other River spots, with the neighbors parked so close our awning is over their side out. The neighbors parked the back of their trailer into our spot. Yet, they all have huge spaces. 3. The neighbors are all together on both sides of us and at least 25 people in their party traipsed right through our spot in between our RV and the table to the extent we could not even go outside! Let them pay for the portion of our spot they used! 4. The neighbors tie their dogs to the bumper of their trailer and they relentlessly barked at us when we would go outside. Also, they do not pick up their dog poop and it is all over our site too because they let them over here! Now, it is all over our shoes. Unacceptable! 5. The neighbors sewer and water are leaking right by our awning which stinks and has resulted in a huge fly problem. We have requested to be refunded half of our fee, they should charge the neighbors for using our site. However, it is not fair to charge us for what we could not use because of them! If they refuse, I've decided to take this up with KOA, BBB, and the State of Wyoming's Department of Consumer Services. If she had been polite and accepted responsibility for the cable issues, we would have let them know about these issues yesterday. However, after being threatened with being kicked out with nowhere to go after driving 8 hours, we were afraid. Their attitude is terrible as a business owner and she should not be able to get away with the way you disrespected me simply for asking for what we paid for. Their fees are over three times what any site has cost on a 38 day trip. We are very disappointed and plan to share this with anyone that will read or listen if we are not refunded at least half. Thank you for stress and disrespect. We are also on vacation as she said about that 200 people trying to use the inadequate replacement you made for the cable you charge for and don't have! You ruined the end of ours....
